Directions to the New View Common House on Half Moon Hill, Acton, Massachusetts

From the East or 128

* Route 2 West to the Concord Rotary (where the prison is)

* Continue on 2 and 111 (combined)

* After 2 mi take 111, which separates from 2, exiting LEFTÊ (note: this is directly AFTER a stoplight, and you should be in the left-hand lane as soon as you notice the 111 signs as it can be difficult to move over if traffic is present)

* Continue straight through the 1st stoplight (Route 27)

* At the 2nd light (1 mile further) turn right onto Central St. * Half Moon Hill is .4 mile on your left Parking * Bear left up the hill and turn in to the large parking lot on your right

* Guest spots are the ones in the bay immediately to your right -- closest to the brown tool shed * Walk through the parking lot to the wide pedestrian path

* The Common House is pale green, and immediately on your right

From Route 495: (going North from 290 or Pike)

* Exit at 111, and turn left at the end of the ramp

* You will pass through Boxborough and the 1st full stoplight you come to (approx 3 mi) is at the intersection with Central St. in West Acton

* Turn left onto Central St at the light

* Half Moon Hill is .4 mi on your left [See above for parking ] ÊFrom Route 495:Ê (going South) * Exit at Route 2 East

* Take Next exit on 2 which is "Newtown Road" * At the end of the ramp turn right (Newtowne Rd becomes Central St.)

* ApproxÊ 1mi further you will pass Idylwilde Farm on your right

* Next you cross the rr track

* Half Moon Hill is on your right, a few hundred feet pass the track [See above for parking ]
